SGM RTF1200℃单温区转动管式炉是由洛阳西格马高温电炉生产的高温开启式旋转管式炉，RTF1200℃单温区转动管式炉采用的钢或瑞典Kanthal A1 电阻丝，温度高可达1400℃，表面为不锈钢色、不会生锈，使用时间再长都不会掉渣。电阻均衡、温场均衡性好。转动管式炉炉管可实现自动旋转，炉管两端不锈钢法兰密封，可在真空下工作，法兰上有进气口和出气口，可通入保护气体，不锈钢法兰快开设计，方便进出物料。

SGM rtf 1200℃ single temperature zone rotary tube furnace is a high-temperature open rotary tube furnace proced by Luoyang sigma high-temperature electric furnace. Shougang or Sweden Kanthal A1 resistance wire are used in rtf1200℃ ℃ single temperature zone rotary tube furnace. The temperature can be as high as 1400 ℃, the surface is stainless steel color, it will not rust, and it will not drop slag any longer. The balance of resistance and temperature field is good. The rotating tube furnace tube can realize automatic rotation. The stainless steel flange at both ends of the furnace tube is sealed and can work under vacuum. There are air inlet and outlet on the flange, which can be filled with protective gas. The quick opening design of stainless steel flange is convenient for material in and out.

1、 炉膛采用质氧化铝多晶纤维材料，保温性能好，耐用，拉伸强度高，无杂球，纯度高，节能效果明显，符合国际行业标准
