炉体为立式炉壳，其外筒及上下法兰均采用304不锈钢材料制作，内筒采用316L

炉内四围、顶部及底部的保温隔热屏由三层钨片、八层钼片及不锈钢支架组成，经过加工分别制作成整体的保温隔热系统，能方便的安装及维修；炉膛内的料台采用钨材料加工制成。

真空系统是由RVP-12直联泵泵和F250-1500分子泵、Φ250手动挡板阀、Φ40手动挡板阀、不锈钢真空管道及数显真空测量仪等组成。

真空测量仪选用ZDF-Ⅲ复合数显高真空测量仪，它具有相当宽的测量范围，可实现全程连续真空测量的过程。

电器控制

Electrical control

供电是采用低压变压器及可控硅电压调整器，380V三相电源经过降压变压器，电压降到16V，然后经过铜排送到电极上；本系统具有软启动、软关断、恒流、过流保护等功能。

Low voltage transformer and thyristor voltage regulator are used for power supply. The voltage of 380V three-phase power supply is reced to 16V through step-down transformer, and then sent to the electrode through copper bar. The system has the functions of soft start, soft turn-off, constant current and over-current protection.

温度的控制是通过数显温度程序控制仪（具有4套程序设置，每一套程序可设置10段过程）根据用户设定的工艺曲线，实行自动控制温度，并具有PID自整定功能，也可根据用户需要手动控制温度。

The temperature is controlled by digital display temperature program controller (with 4 sets of program settings, each program can set 10 sections of process) according to the process curve set by the user, and has PID self-tuning function, and can also manually control the temperature according to the user's needs.

整台电炉在工作状态下，具有水压欠压、超温、过电流自动联锁及报警、保护切断主电源的功能；报警状态为声、光指示方式。

水冷系统

冷却水由总管进入,经过各支管送到炉壳、炉盖、炉底、电极、分子泵、直联泵等需要冷却的地方，然后汇总到水箱排出，每路进水管上都有手动阀门，可以按需要调节流量大小。进水总管上设有电接点压力表，当水压低于0.15Mpa时，控制系统会声、光报警，并自动切断加热器电源。

The cooling water enters from the main pipe, and is sent to the furnace shell, furnace cover, furnace bottom, electrode, molecular pump, direct coupled pump and other places that need to be cooled, and then collected to the water tank for discharge. There are manual valves on each water inlet pipe, so the flow can be adjusted as required.
